• Agreement: These Terms form a legally binding contract between you (the customer) and MaMute
Accessories.

1.2 Intellectual Property
• Ownership: All content on this website is the property of MaMute Accessories.
• Protected Items: This includes text, graphics, logos, images, accessory designs, and website code.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without express written

1.3 Products, Pricing, and Contract Formation
• Accuracy: We attempt to display the colours and details of our accessories as accurately as possible.
Actual colours may vary depending on your monitor settings.
• Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Prices include UK taxes
where applicable but exclude shipping fees.
• Contract Formation: Your order is an offer to buy. A legally binding contract is only formed when we
send you a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order.

1.4 Shipping, Delivery, and Royal Mail Tracking
• Carrier Service: All orders—both domestic and international—are dispatched via Royal Mail using a
fully tracked service.
• Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a Royal Mail tracking
number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
• Delivery Estimates: Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only. We are not responsible
for delays caused by Royal Mail operational issues, weather, or peak seasonal periods.
• Delivery Completion: An item is legally considered delivered once Royal Mail tracking data updates
to show the item has been delivered, signed for, or left in a safe place.

1.5 International Shipping, Customs, and Duties
• Global Shipping: We ship from the United Kingdom to selected international destinations using
Royal Mail International Tracked services.
• Import Fees: If you order products for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties,
clearance fees, and taxes upon arrival in your country.
• Customer Liability: You, the customer, are solely responsible for paying all customs duties, import
taxes, and local brokerage fees.
• Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by international customs
clearance processes or local overseas postal handovers.

1.6 UK Statutory Cancellation Rights (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
• Right to Cancel: Under UK consumer law, customers inside the UK and EU have the right to cancel
their order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the items.
• Exemptions: Custom-made, personalised, or hygienic items (such as certain earrings/pierced
jewellery, if unsealed) cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Return Costs: You must pay the direct cost of returning the items to us in the UK, unless the items
are faulty or misdescribed.

1.7 Returns, Refunds, and Faulty Goods
• Faulty Items: In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a product is faulty, damaged,
or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.
• Condition: For standard returns, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original
packaging.
• Processing: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving
the returned goods.

1.8 Service Availability and IONOS Liability
• Site Access: While we strive to ensure our site is up at all times, we are not liable if the website is
temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance or outages on the IONOS hosting network.
• Technical Errors: We cannot guarantee that functions provided by the IONOS platform will be
completely error-free or uninterrupted.
